工作经历

20201月至今,广州大学大湾区环境研究院,特聘讲师

研究方向

采用同位素示踪和多组学分析方法,研究基于微生物代谢为基础的流域-河口-海湾环境生物地球化学循环过程,具体研究方向包括:(1)地下河口(STE)和地表河口(珠江口)微生物氮素去除的分子机制;(2)不同生态系统厌氧氨氧化细菌的生态分布及功能研究;(3)反硝化真菌耦合N2O还原细菌释放N2O的通量和分子机制研究。
